We're more than just a gaming platform — Gempak9 is an entertainment community built on trust, innovation, and a commitment to delivering the best experience to every player in Malaysia.
Gempak9 started with a simple but meaningful vision — to create an online entertainment space that truly understands the needs and tastes of Malaysian players. Not just copying the formula of foreign platforms, but building something that feels genuinely our own.
Since launching, gempak9 has grown into one of Malaysia's most recognised online entertainment destinations. With over 500,000 registered members nationwide — from Perlis to Sabah — the trust our members place in us is our greatest motivation to keep innovating every day.
What sets Gempak9 apart from other platforms isn't just the number of games or the bonuses on offer. What truly distinguishes us is how we treat every member — with respect, transparency, and a full commitment to ensuring every cent of your winnings is paid accurately and promptly.
The team behind gempak9 knows the online entertainment industry inside and out — but more importantly, they understand what Malaysian players truly want: convenience, security, and an enjoyable gaming experience without the hassle.
To provide the safest, most user-friendly, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform for every player in Malaysia — regardless of their background or gaming experience.
To become the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Southeast Asian players, with an unwavering commitment to member satisfaction, game integrity, and social responsibility in every decision we make.
Every one of these features is more than a promise on paper — it is a commitment we deliver on every day for every gempak9 member.
Every transaction and personal data of gempak9 members is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same standard used by leading banking institutions worldwide. Your privacy is our first priority, not just an added feature.
No more waiting days for your wins to be processed. gempak9 processes withdrawals to DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost in an average of just 5 minutes. Your wins are yours — and we make sure they reach you fast.
The Gempak9 lobby features over 2,000 game titles from 30+ accredited international providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spadegaming, and more. Slots, Live Casino, sports, fishing, and arcade — all in one account.
Gempak9 was built from the ground up for a seamless mobile experience. Our iOS and Android apps are optimized for peak performance — fast loading, an intuitive interface, and all the same features as the desktop version, right in the palm of your hand.
The gempak9 VIP Programme spans four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — delivering real rewards to loyal members. No-wagering-requirement weekly cashback, dedicated account managers, and exclusive perks that genuinely differ by tier.
The gempak9 customer support team speaks Bahasa Melayu and understands the needs of local players. Available via Live Chat, WhatsApp, and email 24/7 — no frustrating automated bots.
