The more you play, the bigger the rewards. The gempak9 VIP Program is designed to reward member loyalty with premium cashback, higher withdrawal limits, a personal account manager, and a range of exclusive privileges you won't find anywhere else.
The gempak9 VIP Program is more than just a name — it's a tiered rewards system that genuinely adds value to every ringgit you spend on our platform. Unlike many other platforms that only offer a one-time welcome bonus, gempak9 VIP delivers ongoing privileges for as long as you remain an active member.
The program is divided into four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with each tier unlocking increasingly attractive privileges. You can move up simply by playing your favourite games as you normally would; no complicated requirements or tedious application process needed.
What gempak9 members value most is the consistency of this program. Cashback is calculated automatically every week, birthday bonuses are credited on your registration anniversary each year, and your withdrawal limits increase permanently as you move up tiers. This isn't just a promise — it's a system already enjoyed by thousands of loyal gempak9 members across Malaysia.
VIP tier upgrades happen automatically once your total wagering reaches the defined threshold — no application or manual approval required.
Once you reach a new tier, gempak9 guarantees your tier stays in place for at least 3 months even if your activity slows down — giving you complete peace of mind.
The VIP Points you accumulate never expire as long as your account is active. Collect and redeem whenever you like — there's no time pressure to use them.
Each VIP tier comes with its own set of privileges. The higher your tier, the greater the rewards waiting for you.

On top of cashback and tier privileges, gempak9 also runs a VIP Points system that lets you accumulate points from every gaming session and redeem them for a variety of exciting rewards.
The points system runs automatically — every bet you place on any game within gempak9 earns VIP Points credited to your account. The rate at which you earn points depends on your current VIP tier, with Platinum members enjoying a 3x rate compared to Bronze members.
Every MYR 10 wagered on slots earns 1 VIP Point (up to 3x for Platinum)
Every MYR 20 wagered on Live Casino earns 1 VIP Point
Every MYR 50 wagered on sports earns 1 VIP Point
100 points = MYR 1 bonus credit. Redeem for cash, free spins, or exclusive rewards
One of the most loved features among gempak9 members is the VIP dashboard, which lets you track your tier progress in real time. You always know exactly how much more is needed to reach the next tier.
Here is a progress example to help you understand how the system works. Each player has their own personal progress tracker within their gempak9 account:
